Bylaws RCLT    Revised June 7, 2005

Article 14  Amendments    

                 These bylaws may be amended only after recommendation by the Board of Directors and an approval of two-thirds of the voting membership present.  The agenda containing the proposed amendment shall be published to the entire voting membership, in writing, at least five (5) days prior to the meeting where the vote is to be taken.

Article 15  Quorum     

                 A quorum of the general meetings of the membership shall consist of the eligible voting members present in good standing at the time of the meeting.  At least five (5) members of the Executive Board shall constitute a quorum of the Executive Board.

Article 16   Authority 

                 The authority for all proceeding and governance documents for RCLT, Inc. shall be the most current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order.

Article 13  Organization Funds

Officers and Committee Chairs shall be permitted to dispense organization funds, within budget limitations, up to the amount of fifty ($50.00) dollars for normal operating expenses relative to theatre administration.  No other member may be permitted access to funds or charge items in the name of the organization for any purpose whatsoever except with permission from the Board of Directors.
